Insant Video Measuring System construction:
It is composed of large viewing angle, depth of field,double telecentric lens, up(surface) and down(projection)parallel light, high-pixel CCD camera, stage, computer systems and high-precision measuring
software.
Features:
* Quick measurement, high efficiency: no need to repeat focusing, automatic location and orientation
correction, is able to scratch out about 100 image size in 2 to 5 seconds, and make measurement and
tolerance assessment,which is dozen times of the traditional 2D Video Measuring Machine;
* High accuracy: Avoid Abbe error, linear scale, working stage and otherexternal factors because of the
increasing measuring travel;
* High repeatability and stability: No need to move the linear scale and working stage, the high stability and
repeatability;
* Accuracy with less influence: Since the accuracy of the scale do not take thelinear scale but the pixel of
the CCD Camera as reference.
